<itunes:summary>This week we hit the open road in search of famous County Music location along the County Music Highway in Eastern Kentucky.  The Appalachians are a beautiful backdrop for our journey through a bit of county music heritage and information on the must see spots along the way.  Next we head off to Iowa in search of the Bridges of Madison County made famous by Meryl Streep and Clint Eastwood (oh, the romance). Next stop the Amana Colonies, which are resistered as a National Historical Landmark.   The German influence over the Amana Colonies makes for days of dinning and shopping with breaks to get your culture on at the many museums.  We end it all with an afternoon exploring the Amish town of Kolona.  Buckle up and turn up the radio er pc.

Destinations:
Country Music Highway, Kentucky
Chester, Illinois (home of Popeye)
Bridges of Madison County, Iowa
Amana Colonies, Iowa (Historic German Colonies)
Kalona, Iowa (Amish Community)</itunes:summary>
